Chef Allan Galanti

Born and raised in Seattle Washington, Allan grew up in the kitchen with his family. From a young age he was taking a lead in the kitchen, creating his own recipes.

​

In August 2006 he opened his own bar and restaurant where the main focus of the menu was fusion. Placing his own spin on traditionally loved menu items became his passion. While in the restaurant business he catered for weddings, private parties, and hospitality events for celebrities including Wanda Sykes, Peter Frampton, and the Monkeys. Custom creating menus to fit the specific requirements of his clients is where the dream of creating a specialty custom catering company came from.

Allan moved from Seattle to Mesa, Arizona to be closer to his family...and he brought his knives with him. It started with acting as the families private chef, to catering events in the community he lived in, and has now evolved in a full time business.

Julie Walden / Events

A Bay Area California native, Julie grew up in the hospitality industry. She started in her early years working as an Event Manager for Marriott and Ritz Carlton. It was there where she planned everything from weddings, corporate events, fashion shows, galas, and much more. She had to master the cuisine and traditions of all different cultures.

​

In 2008 Julie left Marriott and joined the Executive team for Ericsson, where she was an Executive Assistant. In this role she planned corporate team building events, picnics, holiday parties, and all other employee engagement activities for a group of over 2,500 people.

​

In 2014 Julie was granted the opportunity to join Amazon where she was on the team that created "Alexa". She oversaw everything from employee team building, to its launch parties, and much more.

​

After working in the corporate world for the greater part of 20 years she decided join forces with Allan to create their dream!
